Babette eventually makes her way to the garden, seeking familiarity when she can't find a person to snack on. It's not really like Skyrim, but it could be worse.

Stepping softly and blending with the shadows, she picks her way through the garden, eyes and ears searching for any sign of life.

Eventually, she finds it, or rather her. Human, by the looks of her, and - unfortunately - awake and conscious, if not particularly attentive by the looks of her. It would be laughably easy to kill her, but the vampire hesitates.

Babette is hardly averse to killing - but only when she has a plan in place. Knows the way in and out, knows the consequences, knows what people will see and remember and search for. Not to mention that, big as this ship is, it's not big enough to lose any pursuers. So far, her little girl act is serving her well, but Babette isn't quite desperate enough to risk it... Not yet.

Besides, if her powers can return, the longer she goes without blood, the quicker she can attempt her plan of cornering Rowe and getting some real answers.

So - back? Then again... The more people convinced she's a harmless child, the easier it will be to carry out any questionable activities later. Babette thinks it over, and eventually steps forward, intentionally stepping on a twig to announce her presence.

"Lady, are you all right?"
